Before joining the Ducks Canoville played for seven clubs, having started his career with Millwall.

Never really lived up to his billing of a top striker, and struggled with injuries. Did manage to find the net twice though, which is a fair achievement considering top-scorer Alvin Bubb got 6 in the same season.
