Lead Aylesbury to an 8th place finish in his only full season, as his side narrowly missed out on a playoff spot having topped the table at Christmas.

Was looking to go even better by retaining the core of a talented young squad, but found himself hampered by a spate of injuries as the season progressed and following an impressive FA Cup win at Bath City, results and perormances took a downward turn, culminating in his departure in November 2008.

As a player he came through the club's Youth Team in the early 80s before seeking pastures new. Went on to enjoy a lengthy playing spell with Chesham United, a club he also gave coaching service to.
