Long serving club captain, Jack initially joined the club on loan from Luton Town in March 2010, before making the move permanent the following summer. An outstanding and versatile talent, he most commonly lines up in central defence these days, but came to the club as a midfielder and has also featured in the wide positions.

Eighteen-time end of season award winner, Jack has won multiple Supporters' Player of the Year awards (2012/2014/2015/2016/2019/2022), as well as Manager's Player of the Year (2011/2012/2013/2014/2015), and Players' Player of the Year (2011/2013/2014/2016/2018/2019/2023).

2023 saw Jack complete an incredible 600th appearance for the Ducks, and he continues to display incredible loyalty to the club despite several offers to ply his trade elsewhere. Spent time in his earlier career with Arlesey Town on a similar loan from Luton Town to that which he joined Aylesbury.
