Biography

On being released by Watford as a youngster embarked on a non legaue career that took in Marlow, Aylesbury, Brackley, Thame and Oxford City.

Joined Oxford initially as assistant manager to Andy Lyne before taking over in November 2006 steering the club to a creditible mid-table position in their first season back in the Southern League.

Secured promotion to the Southern Premier after winning the playoff finals the following season.
