The home side started brightly and spurned a number of early chances before United created their first opening when striker Su Wynes' effort was saved.
Harriet Parkin in the Aylesbury goal kept the Oxfordshire side at bay on twenty minutes with a fine diving save but could do nothing to stop former Ducks striker Nicola Hunt opening the scoring five minutes before the first interval.
Both teams made the obligatory changes at the break and within minutes of the restart Trina Freeman burst through and crashed a shot against the crossbar.
Half chances were created at either end as United continued to gel well together. Sarah Flight, starting at centre half for the first time, looked particularly impressive but the game really fired into life half way through the period when Su Wynes crashed home an unstoppable equaliser from the edge of the area.
Moments later the recent signing from Macclesfield Ladies almost put her side ahead but her shot was well stopped by the Chinnor keeper.
An unfortunate injury to Ducks striker Steph Dean forced a further reshuffle and in a frantic few minutes before the second break Chinnor got their noses back in front with a deft lob which gave Karen Quigley no chance in the Aylesbury goal. The Ducks almost hit straight back though, when a one two between Wynes and Leigh Reed saw the former fully test the keeper but Chinnor added a third as the whistle blew for time.
Two early Chinnor goals in the final section of the match could have knocked the stuffing out of the Aylesbury team but actually did the opposite as United refocused and continued to create chances.
Lucy Ilic had a long range free kick saved before a lobbed Su Wynes effort went just the wrong side of the post.
Not to be denied moments later Wynes latched on to an excellent through ball from Sarah Gerrard, rounded the keeper and rolled the ball into an empty net.
Two became three within a minute as Wynes completed her hat-trick with a beautiful lob into the far corner.
An improbable come back almost got closer as Sarah Flight found Wynes again but her shot went wide.
As the match drew to a close United created further chances as firstly Tash Good then Trina Freeman burst through the Chinnor defence only to be thwarted at the last moment.
This was a good all round team performance from United against a team who play a league above them in the football pyramid.
